[Q1] I installed the app in my Android phone and tried. But it just said "Unable to connect device" 
Have you installed our server software in your bluetooth-enabled PC which holds your presentation? Our Laser Pointer app does not magically show the laser pointer icon anywhere you want. The app displays the laser pointer icons in your PC where the server software is installed.

[Q2] In MAC OSX 10.8, "LaserPointerServer.pkg" can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer
You can install the server by right clicking the downloaded server program and then opening it with installer as described in Help page. More detailed information is below.

[Q3] When I try to connect my phone via Bluetooth, I got a "Bluetooth peripheral device not found." 
Note that this issue is not at all related to LaserPointer app. However, for proper operation of LaserPointer app, it is required for the Android phone to connect to the PC via bluetooth. Here has some good information to fix the case.

[Q4] How can I know my PC name when I connect my phone to PC via Bluetooth? 
As shown above, if you move your mouse on LaserPointer server tray, you will see your PC name. You can select this name when you connect your phone to your PC.

[Q5] Sometimes, pointer icon is slipping down automatically
Such case rarely happen due to uncalibrated gyroscope. Our app supports "gyro calibration" as follows. 1) Put your phone on the desk, 2) Push central button more than 10 sec without moving the phone.

[Q6] Time lag or delay in pointer movement
In some phones, WiFi conflicts with Bluetooth, resulting in such lag. If you experienced such case, try our app after turning off WiFi.
